WAYSIDE CAFE REDEVELOPMENT, ST BRELADE

Having Jersey Round Tower (St Brealde Nr 2) in the middle of your project is unique. It was built before 1787 and turned into living accommodation in the 1970s. This, along with numerous feature walls, ecological factors, a vibrant seafront and hotel environment has provided challenging considerations for the contractor. In acting as HSPC we were tasked with identifying the environmental factors as well as the practical and physical constraints of delivering the project - all of which are being successfully balanced and met.
