FIRST TOWER COMMUNITY CENTRE

Once used as a tea storage and packing facility - as evidenced by the sweepings found under the suspended floors - this under utilised property is now being converted to a multi-function user space for Jersey Youth Service as well as to compliment the adjacent First Tower school facilities. As HSPC we have been involved in developing the proposals for remedial measures and site investigation tasks as well ensuring the school operations were able to function and remain safe at all times.
