This historic property and park was bequeathed to the Public of St Helier and so have very specific demands placed upon its historic interest being a Grade 3 Listed property. As HSPC we engaged with specialist stained glass preservation companies, artwork restoration and storage companies such that we could ensure the importance of preserving such treasures was made evident whilst providing the working environment for significant construction and refurbishment works to bring the property into a functional and more cohesive use. There are changes being made to this property internally which many Jersey residents would never know existed and hope these will impress when you next have opportunity to visit.
