We are able to provide and or engage additional support services as the client and project demands such as undertaking works quality inspections (refer previous Clerk of Works tab), project progress and resource reporting, material and sample testing, fire stopping / compartmentation review and reporting, Project Management and advisory services in regard to potential construction risks, dispute resolution and failures in performance or health and safety considerations.
Pre-instruction advice in regard to significant changes being considered to a project scope, its working programme or methods of execution can be presented and impacts on potential heath and safety also advised upon so as to steer the best course to minimise impact and exposure.
With our director being able to draw upon 5 years Property Management experience for one of the islands leading development companies, we provide services for several high net worth clients.
