Collation of Health and Safety File
The production and delivery of a Health and Safety File at handover is a legal requirement on any notified HSI projects under the 2016 Regulations. Unfortunately this is an often overlooked and dis-regarded essential part of the project delivery without which there could be wide reaching consequences should there subsequently be a incident or injury which could have been readily avoided. Our HSPC role in ensuring the Heath and Safety File collation and delivery are an early and integral part of the project delivery are driven from the front with Health and Safety being a section within all site and project meetings.
