ANN COURT, ST HELIER

We act for Andium Homes Limited in the capacity of HSPC and Clerk of Works on this £40 million, multi-phased development. The project is being delivered by Camerons Limited through local, UK and European contractors which has numerous unique construction methods and techniques being used in its delivery and at peak will employ some 120 operatives on a daily basis. Completion is due in 2023. With its additional town parking, open public spaces and attractive quality design, this project will provide the centrepiece as you drive east through town.
